The service

Ovara is an event-planning product that helps hosts organize gatherings, collect RSVPs, and coordinate volunteers. By creating an account or using a public event or volunteer link, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must create an account to create events. Guests and volunteers may use public links without an account. You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your login details secure.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ovara to spam, harass, impersonate others, or collect personal data you are not allowed to collect. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of event details, photos, and other content you upload. You grant Ovara a license to host and display that content so the product can function.

Availability

We provide Ovara as-is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
